Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

Not being independent actually supports that his appointment is constitutional because Smith is an inferior officer. Now, it seems you want to change the conversation...

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

I know what she said, and I made some observations which still stand. What she said is in contrast of long-established practices and court decisions.

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

But I showed you the current laws which do allow it and others did the same thing What you think Smith recognized is a claim you make with zero evidence. No, Smith did not recognize any of the things you say about his appointment. What you try to say is that there is an argument from Cannon or...

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

Again the answer to the contesting in Nixon's case relies on accepting FIRST that Nixon's appointment is constitutional. So, the SCOTUS decision in Nixon's case about his authority is also an answer regarding whether Nixon's Special Prosecutor's appointment was legit.

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

Again, you cannot address my point which is very simple: A prosecutor who is appointed unconstitutionally cannot do anything. Authority cannot exist without also admitting that the appointment of the person who exercises such authority is constitutional.

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

It seems that you cannot explain Cannon's decision though because I showed you the laws which say the opposite and you can not argue Cannon's position or yours

Did Trump get a fair trial?

Keep showing your ignorance! Another piece of evidence from the majority's opinion https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/23-939_e2pg.pdf Same page starting from bottom. After Roberts cited specific historical examples (including the one I cited in the previous post), he concludes the...

Did Trump get a fair trial?

READ the Constitution and read my posts! I never cited any "immunity declaration". There is no such thing, lol. You just waste our time with stupid claims. What I cited is the interpretation of the Constitution by the MAJORITY and historical evidence used by the majority to show that your claim...

Did Trump get a fair trial?

That is a different point (which you have misrepresented by the way) and I cited the current SCOTUS decision which shows that you come here in order to waste people's time without even bothering to read what the current SCOTUS decision says. More on this in my next post But back to the original...

Did Trump get a fair trial?

And again, you have ZERO evidence for such claim. By contrast, I CITED the law for judges which gives civil liability and I dared you to cite ANYTHING from laws or from the current SCOTUS decision which supposedly codified for the president what the judges already had! You blinked and you...

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

Which you do not explain how it supports your position that a special prosecutor needs to have senate's confirmation. Feel free to actually make an argument! Otherwise, the obvious conclusion is that you have nothing to show, so you make comments like the one of the quote above. Yes, when people...

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

Again you miss the point! A special prosecutor whose appointment is unconstitutional cannot have authority to do anything! The fact that the challenge to Nixon's prosecution's authority failed necessitates the position that the appointment of Nixon's Special Prosecutor was constitutional!

Judge dismisses classified documents case against Donald Trump

So you cannot dismiss the point that her ruling contradicts well established practices and legal reasoning. Keep that in mind when the judge's decision will be evaluated by superior courts

Did Trump get a fair trial?

It existed in your mind since you are incapable of producing evidence. It is also crystal clear that your narrative is AGAIN inconsistent. Suppose that the principle existed before SCOTUS codified it. Did this prohibit the current Dem prosecutors from going after Trump? Nope! But you want us to...

Did Trump get a fair trial?

Her opinion is still reasonable and very valuable historically and for debating and criticizing the current decision. There have been many "worthless" opinions which have been eventually justified in the course of history and adopted by future courts. But since you cannot really argue based on...
