    Civil War (2024 movie release)

I can't take your limited vocabulary anymore. Expand your horizons and try to use a synonym once in a while... dirt muck soil sewage sludge garbage grime dust gunk trash smut litter crud junk rubbish scum sewerage slime dross swill dirtiness soot waste foulness uncleanliness refuse filthiness...

Is Criticism Of Israeli State Actions/Policies Antisemitism?

And that is one reason why the term genocide is not being misused in this case.

Ha ve the conservatives on SCOTUS shown their true colors today?

From certiorari to decision, the CO ballot case lasted two months...total. From certiorari to oral arguments, the immunity case has taken 1 day less. It is possible that the decision won't be released until the end of June. Justice thomas does not recuse himself from any 1.6 case even though...

Is Criticism Of Israeli State Actions/Policies Antisemitism?

True, but... Until I see differently, there is nothing to convince me we're not in the 'wash, rinse, repeat' cycle.

    Your SCOTUS presidential immunity predictions

Never thought I'd hear SCOTUS questioning that effectively says...'Everyone in America is subject to the rule of law, except the President.' My prediction-4/88 will lose the case 9-0, but it will be remanded to the district court to determine what actions in the indictment fall under the scope...

    When has he ever governed?

Police arrest 108 at Emerson College protest as antiwar rallies spread

As realistic as the initial demands were in the 60's. Remove the troops now, dismantle the military industrial complex and so on.

Is Criticism Of Israeli State Actions/Policies Antisemitism?

Police arrest 108 at Emerson College protest as antiwar rallies spread

Following the Umbrella Movement in Hong Kong, it is likely they were used to prevent facial recognition.

Police arrest 108 at Emerson College protest as antiwar rallies spread

This reminds me of the college campus disruptions of the 60's. Starting on college campuses, they helped bring a misguided military adventure to an end.

Trump Hush Money Case - Manufactured Crime?

I disagree. There is a difference between supporting a candidate and undermining a jury. It is possible, but I don't think it would happen. Do you know why they wouldn't just replace the opposing juror with an alternate instead of calling a mistrial?

YES, FDR COULD have been prosecuted

Bullshit. Name the second president that supports this interpretation of the presidents powers. Your post indicates you did not listen to the arguments and if you did...you don't understand what they were saying.

YES, FDR COULD have been prosecuted

That is literally the claim that the defense is making in the immunity case. Better to keep one's mouth closed and be thought a fool than to open it...

Did Joe Biden Admit He Can't Be Trusted?

Like the area around the defense table in the NY trial?

YES, FDR COULD have been prosecuted

Thanks for clarifying that you are unaware of the meaning of justice.
