    There WAS a lawsuit last time someone tried to pull this kind of thing, but with an iPhone app Also, 4chan got ahold of it and the usual hilarity ensued. They flooded it with false tags, which pretty much made it useless, and then it got pulled from the app store because of all the complaints.
