    I like the idea of offering discounted fares for "first bumped" status. If bumped you get the next flight, even if they have to bump a "first bump" on that flight. That way you can make contingency plans from the beginning.

    One thing I did find is that on one of my net based email accounts there have been MANY attempts to log in from all over the world but a lot of them are coming from Russia.
