How to ban guns without firing a single shot!

Well lately they've pretty much been getting things right per their rulings, so it looks like they only agree with reasonable restrictions, as do most law-abiding gun owners, and even some non gun-owning law-abiding citizens.

Assault weapon- Stupid term created by the antis. Assault rifle- Politically-motivated term used by antis to demonize MSR's, which are involved in a tiny percentage of deaths, especially compared to murders by hands and feet each year. High capacity magazine- Made up term by the antis. My 30...

The First Amendment's protections of speech, religion, press, assembly, and petition are applied to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment's Due Process Clause, meaning states cannot pass laws that infringe on these rights. Why should protections for the 2A be any different?

Birthright citizenship: why is it worth fighting for?

I didn't say we don't need any immigrants. We just don't need them in the sheer numbers that want to come here.

Birthright citizenship: why is it worth fighting for?

No one from another country has the "right" to immigrate to the U.S.

Birthright citizenship: why is it worth fighting for?

We do not need immigrants now like we did back when we were still young and growing. The infastructure is mostly built now. We need some people who want to come work on H2A visas, and that's about it.
