    Do you think the death penalty should be abolished in the U.S. or not?

    We should abolish the power of the state to impose the death penalty, and allow hyper-local level adjudication of cases where offenders are killed by the victims of the crimes that we currently allow the death penalty as punishment for.

    Do you think the Federal Government should ban AR-15s?

    Legitimate governments secure our rights, they don't/can't infringe on them. All rights are property rights. So banning the possession of a rifle regardless of how scary it looks is not a legitimate power for the State. Find another tool.
