    No theyre not. Trans shooters make up around .3% of mass shootings in the US and are about .8-1% of the population.

    I would refrain from making too many assumptions this early on when the killer has not even been apprehended. It could have been trans person, it could be a red herring, or a miscommunication. Speculation at this point is largely pointless.
