    The government, aka the FCC, did not drop the two-bit comedian Kimmel. It was ABC/Disney who did it based on the reaction of two major broadcast network groups, Sinclair and Nexstar. The market value of the Kimmel show did not warrant those two broadcast groups keeping Kimmel on the PUBLIC...

    Maybe Kimmel should have been more sensitive by not telling a lie following the murder of an influential Conservative. If he's that good, he should have no trouble finding another gig that loses millions a year for the network.

    If the broadcasters don't want their licenses because they can't follow FCC rules, then they can turn in their licenses and form a cable channel. If they want to be able to broadcast whatever lies they wish, they should support the floundering Democrat Party and win some elections.
