    It matters TREMENDOUSLY. They both signed affidavits swearing that their relationship didn't start until AFTER she hired him. This is what is in dispute(along with the financial benefits) If they lied on those affidavits, we're talking disbarment and criminal charges.

    Ahhh.... I get it!! If you're an FBI agent you can use information that you know is bogus in some circumstances, but in other circumstances if you receive bogus information, you get to charge the person who provided it with lying. Thanks!! It all makes perfect sense now...
