Elon quotes Tucker There is systemic racism in the United States, against whites. Everyone knows it. Nobody says it. How come?

The choice that whites are treated very unfairly is a bit too constricting. I do think that many whites are wrongfully lumped together with a narrow group that sees race as a determining fact in their decisions. I don't think the majority of whites do that. It sounds good to the democrats...

    SCOTUS Live Hearing Thread

Just to toss out there as a point of interest. I think our politics is really at a bad place. I draw the example of Trump Russian Collusion. Obviously turns out to be a political move and one not supported by evidence. The fact that nobody was held to account in something obviously devised...

If the court was looking for help in making a decision I don't think Dreeben gave them help in deciding in his favor. He might have helped Trump.

I wonder if that causes Biden any loss of sleep?

Here is what i think is working. Immunity with an admonishment of some of Trumps decisions having been questionable but legally not provable as a criminal personal action. Following that perhaps some legislative attempts to add to or to clarify immunity in the case of a President.

Dreeben keeps making statements that involve trusting the court officers to do things properly in bringing a charge against a President or any person. Again I go back to the acknowledgment by Alito and admission from Dreeben that that has happened, but rarely.

If the supreme court rules presidents due indeed have complete immunity from their actions...

But a President can be impeached, tried and removed. It's the legally outlined process. Kings can only die or be deposed by force.

    "Where's Melania?": Missing wife

I don't think Michelle endured the national campaign by left wing media Melania has gone through. Not even close. The right media was nowhere near as ugly. Besides, Michelle said stupidly, "It's the first time I've been proud of my country". That would deserve some ridicule.

U.S. pier attacked during construction work off Gaza coast

So is that an act of war against the U.S.? I wonder who launched that attack.

NY Times journalist says chairman Sulzberger encourages the NYT to cover Biden negatively since he hasn’t granted the Times an interview

Bragg says lots of stupid stuff. Half the newspapers in America endorse a candidate and the reasons they give are often undeterminable.

WSJ Editorial Board on today's SCOTUS immunity case

I'll just toss this out. If German President Paul von Hindenburg had ordered Adolf Hitler assassinated instead of making him Chancellor, would that have been a reasonable move to preserve Germany and prevent a coming war?

WSJ Editorial Board on today's SCOTUS immunity case

More and more It seems Dreeben's arguments are lacking. The strength of the need for some sort of immunity is pretty evident to me. It's how much and how is it decided seems to be where the court is leaning.

WSJ Editorial Board on today's SCOTUS immunity case

Dreeben's argument hinges on the trust given to the AG's and Prosecutors being trustworthy as a safe guard. Then they just admitted there have been times when this was not so. There is the very claim being made in the current Trump cases. How the court looks at that may be key.

It seems Dreeben is struggling with the fine line of immunity. His position seems to open up the door to try a lot of Presidents.
