    You're generalizing. I'm middle class but I'm also an investor - in both a retirement account and a brokerage account. Therefore, I'm subject to capital gains taxes if I trade within my brokerage account.

    Problem is capital gains taxes affect everyone who has investments and trades-sells for any kind of profit. When it comes to taxes, every little bit can hurt and the middle class feel the greatest pinch.

    God exists only in people's minds, just like other imaginary characters like Santa Claus or the tooth fairy. Heaven and hell are states of mind, no physical or scientific proof of either one exists in real life.

    If he faces federal prosecution - which he should - then he'd be arrested and likely be imprisoned, which would prevent him from running for office.

    Impeachment is stupid at this point since he's out of office. But I still think he should be held accountable in some way for inciting the riots. FBI should go after him, and I think even certain states like Georgia should press charges for trying to overturn the election results.

    How would their lives be completely different? If they put forth the effort to become educated and work hard like anyone else, they have just as much opportunity to be successful in life. In fact they probably have more opportunity thanks to all the movements out there to advance their status...
