    You have to include people who have a wealth of hundreds of millions also - there are far more of them. Personally, I'm not suggesting confiscating wealth, but just a higher tax on excess income, and to tax all forms of income, regardless of source (earned, capital gains, inheritance, etc), alike.

    I figure the plan is the opposite of that. The plan (if there is even a plan) is to start Ukraine of support, forcing them into negotiation with Russia and ending with Russia keeping all the territory it has seized. Any words that come out of the Trump camp are most likely lies.
