    The adoption vs. abortion myth

I was at the store yesterday, they must have had 50 different choices of condom packages. Seems pretty easy to get birth control to me.

    The Democratic debate

But... But... But... Hillary is the smartest woman in the world. The MSM said so.

Is it Ever Ok to Smack Women?

Who needs to hit a woman? It is so easy to control them emotionally and mentally that force isn't needed. Bwahahahaha:rofl

Carefully Avoided by MSM- California Fires & Global Warming

Nice way to not answer my question. Does global warming causes arsonists to set fires, and power lines to fall down and start fires? But, I will go ahead and answer your question. No, Al Gore didn't cause it. No, the trees and vegetation did not "explode". Nice :spin:

A Question to Anti-Abortionists Who Are in Favor of the War on Terror.

I didn't say all wars would be avoided by that action, just that many would. Religious crusades and holy wars have been pretty harsh on society. Other wars have also, but be honest, the bloodiest wars have been fought over religious ideals, including Hitlers reign (since you brought him up).

Constitution for the United States of America, Section 8

Personally, I don't think that the amount of money one makes should determine the percentage of tax one pays. To me, uniform would be if everybody paid the same rate(percentage) regardless of income level.

Court frees U.S. teen jailed 10 years for oral sex

Last I heard, in Charlotte there is. Sheriff Pendergraph will be a boon to the feds. Meck county is screwed with out him. Police Chief Darrel Stephens is worthless.

    Bill of Rights, Ammendmant I

I briefly scrolled through the article, but we are debating the US Constitution, not international law.

    Bill of Rights, Ammendmant I

But ultimately, somebody from a government entity has to determine what "religion" is in order for a "religion" to be tax exempt. And determine if something meets that criteria.

    Bill of Rights, Ammendmant I

"Free exercise" does not mean free from tax.

    Bill of Rights, Ammendmant I

Again, I ask, who decides what is a religion? Somebody has to decide what is a valid religion, in order for it to fall under this (which you quoted), Certainly, that is not an establishment of a state religion, but it is the establishment(acknowledgment) of a (specific)religion for the...
