    What was the policy before this? No gays in the military. Who came up with that policy? Reagan. Who voted for Clinton's don't ask don't tell policy? The Republicans, they compromised their God fearing values.

    It cant happen. That amendment cant be overturned to benefit a sitting president. Rush Limbaugh said Clinton would find a way to stay in office after his term was up, and this is just the other side doing the same thing.

    Massachusetts started letting gay couples marry in May 2004. Since then, more than a dozen states -- not including Indiana -- have approved constitutional bans on same-sex marriage. Vermont and Connecticut allow civil unions for gays. Not too many considering that there are 50 states.
