I had not seen a picture of the layout. I stand corrected.

[W:#2,279][W: #760][W: #350] Trump falls to the ground onstage at rally; unclear what is happening

I am not insisting anything. I am trying to figure out what happened from watching the TV video. It appears to me that when Trump was hit, he was still (news said he was talking about a chart) to his right (left of the TV screen), and something hit him, not in a glancing fashion on the side of...

You cannot make that statement definitively yet, because we do not know at what angle the round that hit Trump came in. From my view on TV, it would have hit him going straight into his head. To come away with a snip out of his ear indicates only a fragment hit him, possibly from the round...

[W:#2,279][W: #760][W: #350] Trump falls to the ground onstage at rally; unclear what is happening

I have watched the TV video, and it appears he was not moving when he was hit, looking to his right at a screen that held a chart he was talking about. To me, he was still when he was hit, not turning. That suggests to me what hit him had little energy when it hit him.

You miss the point. I suggested the fragment may have come from the bullet that hit and killed the spectator behind Trump.

A head shot killed a spectator, that was a high powered rifle, unless you think a .22 LR can instantly kill someone at 150 yards (I don't). So, if a high powered rifle round hit Trump in the ear, it would result in much more damage than a scratch, unless it had hit something else first and lost...

[W:#2,279][W: #760][W: #350] Trump falls to the ground onstage at rally; unclear what is happening

If a direct headshot killed a spectator, and Trump was hit in the ear, Trump should have suffered serious damage. Since he did not, why not? It may have only been a bullet fragment that hit someone else first.

Only on TV right now. I have not checked youtube. I backed up the TV and stopped the video.

[W:#2,279][W: #760][W: #350] Trump falls to the ground onstage at rally; unclear what is happening

Looking at the stands behind Trump and to the upper left, looks like where the guy that was shot and killed had been sitting. If a bullet came in with enough force to kill him, and Trump only suffered a scratch, I wonder if it was just a bullet fragment from the bullet that killed the guy...

The Stephanopoulis interview did nothing to change my view that Biden needs to pass the torch to Harris

If Biden withdraws (as he should), I would prefer Gavin Newsome to Kamala Harris, to head the ticket. Biden should have had a challenger for the nomination. The nomination process vets the candidates. Trump had no challenger in 2020, bad. Biden had none in 2024, bad. The parties did not...

Hello Texas! Welcome to global warming/climate change. Get used to it.

I'm in Houston for the last 37 years. Last year was the hottest that I remember. The recent tornado line that went through the gulf coast and exited near Jacksonville FL was unusual. But the real issues are not short term, they are long term and widespread. Here is a report from Texas A&M...

Trump Ordered To Pay $364 Million In Civil Fraud Case As Judge Finds Ex-President Knowingly Committed Fraud

What if NOBODY told the truth about the value of their property? OK with that? fascist don has 4 bankruptcies in his past. There is plenty of risk in a loan to him. If the value of his collateral is inflated and the bank accepts it as stated, they will not charge enough in interest to cover...
