    Why not? Dances are the best part of high school. Teenagers are social creatures - if you don't give them a place to release that energy, they'll have to release it elsewhere. Like talking to their friends more often in the hallway or talking during class, both leading to lost class time.

    I think we can achieve world peace long before man has the capability to become God. The problem is not removing all of man's vices -- that would make man inhuman. The problem is suppressing one vice -- intolerance. People can become tolerant, and it doesn't remove anything useful from life...

    I think it's more of the fact that your genetics professor is showing you the most famous people who had certain genetic traits. You may as well ask why your chemistry professor doesn't teach you about English history.
