    Females with Swyer syndrome have a Y chromosome. They are female, are born with a vagina and a uterus, and can get pregnant through IVF. The traditional definition of woman is an adult human female - and female is the sex that produces large immobile gametes.

    As much as I hate Trump, if I were on the jury, I would be impartial and would have no hesitation to acquit if I felt the prosecution hadn't proven the case. The right to a fair trial is far more important than my opinions of one man.

    You never made a distinction between cis and trans, just 'who cares who's in the shower with you'. Presumably, if you think women shouldn't care who's in the shower with them, then that would equally apply to cis men sharing the shower with them. And if they feel uncomfortable with cis men...

    No one expects laws to have a 100% compliance rate, but laws can work to reduce the number of incidents. UK has strict gun laws. These haven't eliminated mass shootings completely but has reduced them to about 1 per 20 years.
