    Trump said it was a "red line", and it became "beyond scope". It's well within scope as you note. Maybe there was a Trump/Rosenstien/Mueller agreement on that topic. Mueller should be questioned about it - I have no reason yet to doubt his dedication or honesty, but time could change that.
