Like fast food outlets, there are far more than I can list, so I am fairly sure "other" will get the lion's share of the votes. You might have to write yours in.

Lol where are you from? Where I live we don't have any of these except Denny's, Perkins and China Buffets. This question demands more options, which unfortunately this site does not allow :(
