I watched the video and was appalled by her behavior and her racist comments against the Hispanic cop telling him, "you'll never be white", and are "you jealous about my nice car". For one thing, LA City PD have had body cameras for a while, it is only LA County Sheriff's office that has been fighting with their board about getting them, getting funding, which they just got but it still takes time to procure, train, and distribute.
