So we restrict freedom of speech if it's hurts someone's morale? No one is allowed to do or say anything that makes other people feel bad?

Would we be allowed to say things that hurt the governments "feelings"? Free speech would die if what you propose would be law.

I pity da fo' that burns an effigy or an American flag in front of me.

I may dance on the left but anybody that does that is walking on the fighting side of me. And I have a LOT of "lefty" friends that feel the same way.

Leave the troops, MIA's and the flag out of it. That's the only glue we have that keeps us together these days what with so many people so far apart ideologically.

The left and the right should share this ideal if they can't agree on anything else. United we stand. The flag is a symbol of that unity.

Yeah, I may get in a righty's face now and again, as they get in mine. But if he's American, we're still s'posed to be on the same team.

I guess it depends how how much you love the person that has been killed..I am probably a little older then you and have attended many funerals and have never heard of someone waiting 3 years to put a headstone on a grave.....Maybe its the difference between a liberal and a conservative......

You lefties can defend that nutcase all you want........

Wrong AGAIN, the family waited two years, not three, and is certainly not the first family that has delayed placing a headstone for personal reasons.

Right, a liberal probably wouldn't support sending young men and women to fight in PNAC's unnecessary and immoral war, then trivial their deaths by saying, "oh well, they volunteered," and "the death count is really not that high compared to real wars." And then to top it off, sit in judgment of how a bereaved family handled its burial arrangements. :doh
