Of course I wouldn't call the police. I also don't call the police when I see people wearing tee shirts with Charles Manson's face on them and "Charlie was robbed" written underneath.

Yes, I'd bake him the cake if I wanted to make a profit, which I would suspect I always do. Or I would tell him no if I didn't want to make a profit, or if I just didn't feel like baking it.

Your jump to discrimination is illogical. It could be nothing more than alerting the police to potential terroristic intent/violence, which is supposedly what good people do if they think there might be a threat. This could be perceived as a sign of a threat. Every time something happens we as a society get chastised for "ignoring the signs", so we don't get the luxury of not being paranoid anymore.
 
When will people learn that, if you're doing something that might garner unwanted LE attention, you need to be self-sufficient. Make your own damn cake!

uhm maybe you should read the OP again. Its not "my jump" the OP says "No. I feel I would be discriminating against him" the OP is making the jump and I was in fact sayign what you are saying, thats illogical. I even say in my post your quoted "Lastly not making a cake because it depicts terrorism is not illegal discrimination."
