Hillary is literally paying attention to the States with the most to win, States like Wyoming are meaningless to her.

You are wrong, that is almost 90% of the population. The official population is exaggerated since they included the deer and jackolopes in it.

that state needs to disappear in a merger with Montana or something. That is one massively over-represented state.

There isn't exactly a strong Democrat representation in Wyoming. I think they make up less than 20% of registered voters.

Those are state level delegates, the democrats don't take vote totals for caucuses.
