I believe, and I've been around for almost 6 decades, that conservatives simply showed us themselves under Trump. They've always been this way but just hid it really well.

Yes, in crazy Trump world the leader of the United States can't do anything in preparing the country for a coming pandemic. Nor can he work with a States and supply guidance, resources and teamwork to keep the numbers down.

Square miles and population size doesn’t change the infectious nature of the virus. The virus is not more infectious or less infectious based on square miles. The nature of the transmission of the virus isn’t contingent upon sqaure miles and population size. The efficacy of contact tracing and masks isn’t reduced by population or square miles. None of those factors, size of country and population, change the nature of the virus and those mitigation efforts are calculated to the nature of the virus.

The fact the U.S. has more people doesn’t necessarily mean more cases. The virus doesn’t spread more infectiously or less infectiously bases on population size alone.

There is no evidence or sound logic presented to show South Korea’s approach cannot substantially reduce cases and deaths in the U.S. because of the difference in square miles or population.
