And let’s not forget had the administration taken a different approach from the pandemic’s inception in the U.S., encouraging mask use, social distancing, wearing masks publicly, events at WH where masks are required and social distancing, etcetera, then it is plausible the possibility of more widespread compliance increases and attained.

Is 100% compliance needed? No, and may achievable, but 100% compliance isn’t necessary to better control the virus.
