Right Winger who call themselves Conservatives of Republicanism don't care that the virus is spreading, they like the fact that its killing Older Retired Age People, Minorities and Poor Unhealthy and Overweight Public Services Dependent Whites.
They see it as a CULLING process, (Culling, or the widespread killing of hosts regardless of infection status, is conducted on the assumption that, if host densities are sufficiently reduced, infectious diseases will be unable to invade, or persist)
This is ideal to the Rabid Culture of Republicanism.
Republicanism is based on what benefits Business and Industry without regard for the citizen population wants or concerns; they see people as self replicating disposable labor bots, therefore to rid the society of people who have medical conditions, old age, economically poor and suffering from a series of health issues due to a long history of having poor income, that translates to poor health... They feel when these people are no longer generating money for the system, there is no need to focus on trying to keep them alive.
Trump's plan to do damage to Social Security and Medicare and remove protections for pre-existing conditions in as much predicated on the mass numbers that can be "culled"...
If this virus spread rapidly in the wealthy sectors of society, they would not be expecting states to "Beg Trump Administration for assistance", All Resources would be employed to put anything deemed helpful in place to stop it as quickly as possible.

These people within Republicanism are Promoting Inhumane Evil... they have a long history of doing so, so to them, its nothing new to be inhumane for the sake of money and avoiding taxes and blocking anything that helps the people, and they certainly have no concern for anyone who is unable to work, be it retired persons, disabled person, and poor children whom they see as either being groomed for service and servant class labor, and the rest are considered in the way of the wealthy, and invade spaces that the well to do and wealthy claim for themselves.
The bulk of the people are Trump's Belligerence Fest", are the same people, who produce the kids that these Plutocrats detest if they can't find beneficial usefulness of them to generate more wealth and greater power over society for the wealthy. They have amassed them like a cult, and feed them "daily fear to enhance their devotion to drama, and through drama they can led them off a cliff, and they'd jump with a smile. The example of them at these belligerent fest ignorance science, packed together without concern to protect themselves or others is a prime example of how they jump off the cliff with a smile, void of a sense of self responsibility, they long ago relinquished that to the Plutocrats. They accept being gerrymandered into containment zones, and they will attack their own family members if they speak out against feeding the wealthy more money and more power.
