Give Trump 4 more years and perhaps we'll make it all the way through the list. That would make Putin, Trump and his commie loving supporters very happy. It might even encourage some more of the Russian mob to invest more $$$ in Deutch Bank, so they can launder, er, loan more money to Trump to help build Trump Tower Moscow.

I would have gotten up and asked the manager if they were going to put up with the nonsense or stand up for his paying customers. My future visits would depend on his/her answer.

I wouldn't. I'd quietly get up and leave a best I could. Anyone saying they'd punch someone is foolish when you're surrounded by a mob. That's just going to put you in the hospital or worse. People in mobs are not rational beings.

i believe the question was would you have raised your fist. i'm more interested about the diners in question, though. what would you have ordered? for me, biscuits and gravy for sure. in fact, i ordered that a couple days ago. i'm not sure what i did with my fist. i think i used it to give them my credit card.
