Would the Supreme Court eliminating the Affordable Care Act be a "big win for the USA"?

I am not the person pretending the ACA solved our health problems.

Neither am I, because it didn't. It made the problem a little less bad.

I advocate for completely socialized healthcare. Even your kid could see a doctor.

Most who fight for the ACA are not aware of just how hard it is for Americans to get that coverage. They believe what Democrats told them and won't try themselves to get that coverage.

We are aware of the very, very clear instructions...

Who on earth isn't familiar with open enrollment for health insurance? Every company with employer-sponsored insurance has one every year. Medicare has an open enrollment period if you want to enroll in a Medicare Advantage. The only health insurance that doesn't have an open enrollment period is Medicaid.
You were clever to not speak of the ACA and how damned hard it is for citizens to get onto the program.

Thanks for proving just how hard it is to get onto ACA and the many limits imposed.

You think the ACA has limits, just wait till you try to buy health insurance on the open market.

I did not realize you are a true blue socialist and approve Trump not making it easier to be on the ACA.

It's actually very easy if one is able to follow simple instructions...

By the Affordable Care Act
I am required by law to finance "Private Profits" to
Health Insurance Companies.

Minimally I want a Federal alternative
not requiring profits to Blue Cross, Humana, etc.

Shame on Obama and those who don't get it
for partisan reasons. Such as insuring the
Democratic Welfare Plantation System,
selectively from working people who must pay for
"adjusted" premiums with big holes on a monthly budget
and health care profits to Wall St. at working peoples expense.

GET IT OR NOT!

Trump helpfully reminds the voters this morning he's going to court the week after the election to ask the Supreme Court to eliminate the entire Affordable Care Act. Things like pre-existing condition protections, tax credits to help people afford premiums, Medicaid expansion, Medicare reforms, funds for training health care providers and investing in public health, all gone.

Is he right that winding the clock back a decade plus would be a "big win" for the U.S.?

Trump says elimination of Obamacare would be a ‘win for the USA’
It depends on what follows. Nobody, not even Dembots, can believe Trump or the GOP intends to leave people with out a health care plan. He's already been addressing the pre=existing care problem.

Of course tax credits means less tax revenue which means bigger deficits but it's not like the hypocritical left has been critical of the deficit run up to fight COVID, is it?

Sounds like you want the Biden Plan! A public health insurance option to compete alongside other commercial insurers.

My colendences since we will not go socialist.

If you want a hint, Check out how it was for the Germans under Socialism.

Or I could offer the counterexample of almost every industrialized nation on Earth. Unless you are saying Canada and Norway are run by Nazis.

My son followed all of the instructions. My contention is that if the ACA is so damned good, it needs to be non restricted for all Americans.

I absolutely believe Trump would do that.

But you do not show the impact on those countries.

If only there was some way to test whether the GOP would leave millions of people without a health care plan if given the opportunity by the SCOTUS.

So you claim it is super easy to be on the ACA?
If you have a calendar and can type a little on computer its really easy... Heck, I will volunteer to walk your son through if he needs that much help after Nov1st though...

Addressing it how? The EO that doesn't actually do anything?
