I've never actually heard the end result of the money trail regarding the NDA. I know Cohen paid it by supposedly taking out a home equity loan on his house and then it is claimed that he was reimbursed. But was he reimbursed from the campaign or from Trump's personal funds? Is there any evidence that he was even reimbursed at all? The media seems to be very fuzzy on this.
