So I have to do a research project on the Pros of Woodrow Wilson during his presidency and the Cons or Theodore Roosevelt. Since WW passed the income tax law I'm kinda against him so I need some other points to focus on.

So far i have this
Federal Trade commision-Stoped "unfair" trades
Adamson act- allowed 8 hour work days
Clayton Anti-trust act- made certain buisness practices illegal

And I dont really have any negitives about Theodore yet, But im going to try to focus on the Square Deal when he got involved with economics in the US. I think that is going to be really hard. Also with the square deal he made the legislative branch more powerful.
Also i have him and the monroe doctrine and all i have for that is how he went against congress and signed the act. But looking at wiki I dont see anything that TR had to do with it.
Also the reclamation act i guess i have to do on how selling land to renew old land was a stupid idea.

As you can see I need alot of help. And i have not done any hardcore research yet but I dont really know where to start. Please help. thank you.

Check out TR's National Parks. That alone marks him as a GREAT President. Then add the Panama Canal, the Trust Busting and the "taking" of the Phillippines, Cuba, Hawaii, etc,(Although not yet President). And you come up with TR as perhaps the Greatest President. WW has WWl, the income tax and the League of Nations. Surely the greatest Visionary to ever be elected President - But Greatness ? Think he missed that a bit.

if you do WW then you have to cover civil rights... the guy was unusually bigoted... he was responsible for most of the segregation in the capital... most of which wasn't repealed until Eisenhower. Furthermore as a history writer he tried rather successfully to smear U. S. Grant... whom he had a personal distaste for... mostly because he kept a firm boot heel into the back of the south for majority of this presidency.
