I saw an interesting stat that came out after the last election. Of the people who didn't like either candidate Trump drew 90% of vote. I never could find a link for the research, but it was on TV news so I have slightly more acceptance. The reason that I mention it is because your conditional wipes out a lot of voters, and the people who like Biden/Harris may not be the ones to decide the election.
