Election day is Tuesday! All Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Fascists, Communists, Socialists, Libertarians, and whatever else you might be should go out to vote. You have a voice and a vote, so go and use it :) Will you be voting in the elections Tuesday?

Honestly if I did live in America... I wouldn't vote for anyone... good candidates seem to be hard to come by...

But to be fair, not as if I've voted here yet.

Yep, gonna head out Tuesday and vote.

I'll be voting, but I need to decide who to vote for first. I need to do some research this weekend.

I'll be voting for the lesser of two evils. Now I just got to figure out who is the lesser of two evils.

I will most assuredly vote, and I've done a little research on the varied candidates in question.
Oddly enough, I like some aspects of both candidates for the Senate seat that’s up for grabs in my state – but I’m probably going to go with the Republican candidate, since I favor his ideas/plans over the Democrat candidate's to a slight extent (so far, at least). Plus, the current holder of the seat is a Dem (if memory serves), and I like the idea of switching parties every so often to shake things up a bit.

I vote in every election, and every primary. I consider it my duty as a citizen.... even when the choices suck.

Already voted - Oregon vote by mail.

Done and done. I always vote absentee, I never have time to go stand in a ridiculously long line.

Probably not. It's not worth the hassle.

I'd be very surprised if someone on this forum doesn't vote. Why are you spending time debating politics yet you don't participate?

I think I'll vote for Brumby.....oh, American elections.....Nah, I won't be voting in them.

Costs vs benefits.

I mostly debate politics for the benefit of my own education, and because I enjoy it. Voting, on the other hand, carries no significant benefit to me. I've never cast the deciding vote in an election, and I don't see any reason to expect this year to be different.

I vote early, and vote often.

But, you know, in the legal context.

Unfortunately, that pretty sums up my options as well. I tend to vote for the less extreme candidate mainly due to hardly anyone running for office that fits my views of being a social liberal and fiscal conservative. Those people are hard to come by so I try to make sure that I help keep the pyros out of office.

Voted absentee. My husband and I haven't always been real good about voting during mid-term elections but have vowed we will from now on.

I probably won't. I'd have to go back near my parents' house to do so (didn't realize election day was coming up until it was too late for absentee), which I probably won't end up doing.

Also, what Harry said
