I'm Betting: No. This is just a desperate attempt to develop a narrative so that when/if he loses, he can blame it on bias, rather than having to defend being found guilty of fraud.
But hey! If I'm wrong - and if therefore Trump and all his fanboys here are right - then he'll file a motion for recusal! So we'll get to see whether or not Trump actually believes that the Judge should recuse himself enough to push for it, or whether he's just willing to use casual bigotry and conspiracy theory in court cases as he does in political fights.
