Will the president be able to stay on point in the state of the union or will he use it to attack the dems and launch a campaign speech about the wall?
 
it will probably be a lie fest just like his tweets, press conferences, and rallies.

Trump will stay on point and even sound a little bit like how a President is supposed to sound. Pundits will say "This is the day he became President" and Republicans will shout his praises while condemning liberals' inability to credit him for anything. The next day, basking in the glow of this praise, Trump will punch a baby on camera and destroy the good press from the speech.
