Interesting thing to consider is if the pro-life Christians will call for this man's death. Another will be Biden's position on the matter.

First, a little history. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev freely admitted to his involvement in the destructive and fatal bombing that killed three and wounded hundreds of others, plus the killing of a cop during their escape attempt. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to death. Slam dunk, IMO.

However...

In August, the federal appeals court in Boston threw out Tsarnaev’s sentence because it said the judge at his trial did not do enough to ensure the jury would not be biased against him.

The [Trump] Justice Department had moved quickly to appeal,...

The initial prosecution and decision to seek a death sentence was made by the Obama administration, in which Biden served as vice president.
Since that time, three very religious and vocally pro-life, Trump appointed Supreme Court Justices took seats. The question(s) is/are. Will the judges hold true to their pro-life positions, or will they be hypocrites? Will Biden's DOJ argue for or against the penalty Obama asked for.

"But we really wanna kill this guy" is hardly judicial precedent.

Of course he freely admitted his involvement because the cops already knew he helped his brother.

In theory, he's no longer innocent, and the unborn are, so your argument is just more Calamity chain pulling.

"pro life" beliefs have almost never been extended to convicted murderers.

Thing is, he went from a normal kid into a mass murdering scumbag in less than 6 months.

I'd be more inclined to stick him in a ward and find out how that sort of shit happens. Then stick him in a cell for the rest of his life.

Nice straw man with a false equivalency, "Christian" does not equal pushover, and "Pro Life" has never extended to murderers on death row.

All the Abrahamic religions believe in justified killing and warfare.

pro-life
/prōˈlīf/

adjective

  1. opposing abortion and euthanasia.
    "she is a pro-life activist"
Definitions from Oxford Languages

So if we go by a commonly accepted definition of "Pro Life", we clearly see that the death penalty is neither abortion nor euthanasia. You are drawing a false narrative by expecting that we are going to take your literal definition of what it means to be "Pro Life".
