I want to say she will lose. But however since dumb asses can sue and win for coffee that they spilled on themselves, the fact we have to exact laws that prevent burglars from suing homeowners, fat asses suing McDonalds and all kinds of other nonsense it is very likely that she will win.

If I was on the jury. she would loose and asked to pay all court costs.

But, there are many out in the world that have assigned themselves to believe, "it's not my fault". Time will tell which way the jury will decide.
