very strange story , France has very strange position when it comes to Kremlin gang

Is France obligated to keep someone with Radical Islamist ties in their country?

my guess this time, we will see the public execution of this man" he was clearly identified in Russia as an opponent of Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Chechnya. "

" The European Court of Justice has ruled that countries cannot deport people who would be in serious danger in their countries of origin, even if they commit crimes. "

The West shouldn’t be hiding Chechen jihadis anyway.

Magomed Gadayev, deported from France on April 9, has been handed over to Chechen police. He stabbed himself in the stomach in an attempt to avoid deportation and is a witness in a case against Chechen law-enforcers.

Magomed Gadayev who was tortured by Chechen OMON in 2010, was transferred today to Chechnya, after France deported him to Moscow . His wife with 5 kids remains in France but they have no idea what to do with all this nightmare.

Is France required to allow a radical Islamist to remain in their country?

James Hughes :
For the Chechen secessionists, their right to self-determination and independence from the former USSR, the colonial power, and its successor state, the Russian Federation, is paramount and legitimate. The greatest test for international norms on secession arises in cases where there is no agreement between the parties and where the entity aspiring to self-determination falls outside the administrative category recognized under the legal principle. Both factors apply in the case of the conflict in Chechnya. The collapse of the USSR was treated, in effect, as a case of decolonization. The conservatism was reinforced by the predominance of Western interests in shoring up the Yeltsin regime to prevent instability in Russia, and policy caution in the wake of the Soviet collapse. 10

A Chechen refugee deported from France to Russia now faces potential torture or even death after being handed over to Chechnya’s security services, Amnesty International said on April 11.

Isn't this one of the Republics you dream will break away from the RUSSIAN FEDERATION?

And what obligation does France have to retain a radical Islamist?

The Chechen jihadis are responsible for numerous acts of mass murder. So no, their cause is neither “paramount” nor “legitimate”.
