Kind of silly to amke one of these when I've been posting for a month, but...

Hello, my name's Sarah, I'm 17, and I'm from the West Coast...Of Scotland. I'm studying History, Maths, Art, English and Religious Moral and Philosophical Studies(RMPS) at high school. Politically, I'm a democratic socialist, so if you wnat to know my opinions and various subjects, just go far-left. I'm pro-choice, a feminist, and I enjoy debating, painting, playing my five msuical instruments, reading the Tarot and eating Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream. Mwah. :D

:lol: I said I played 5, not that I played them well!

Nah, I play the acoustic guitar, the electric guitar, the bass, the keyboard and I've just started drum lessons, so...I'm kept pretty busy.

I was about ten years ago...

I changed my avatar recently, but the one I chose wasn't really conducive to a "family oriented" website...

So I just grabbed Zangief for the heck of it...

I'll probably change it soon...

As I recall cnredd actually looks a bit like Zangief in real life. It must be the facial hair. Was he your character of choice?

Ideologically, I agree with the aims of the Scottish Socialist Party, but they're not really a viable party at the moment. I would love to see an Independent Scotland, but at the moment, I consider myself to be Labour. They've dome some wonderful things, and no doubt they'll do even more good when Brown becomes head honcho.

It's defineyely not Religious Studies in the traditional sense: this year we've studied Buddhism, Feminism and Marxism.

Well, I think I meant that that's not what most people would think of when they hear the words "Religious Education". It was a pleasent suprise for me too, seeing the curriculum. We learn about Christianity so much just from living in this society, so it's nice to just get some new ideas, you know?

If I do, it's due to my teacher. When he teaches us, he teaches us completely without bias, giving each and every new idea the smae amount of teaching time and the same amount of praise/criticism. That's only one of the reasons I love RMPS. That, and the deabtes. :D
