Why is the media calling a 17 year old a child and not a minor?

You equivocated on a child being "raised right," as if there's fault left with either the child or the parents for human trafficking.

No... lol wow. Ok so you do realize nobody in the world is innocent right? We all play a part in things that happen. Sure most of the fault goes to the predatory one. But we can also prevent becoming the victim.

It’s not really blame. It’s encouraging people to be stronger while still sympathetic to those who didn’t stand up for themselves or couldn’t.

Look this is never going to be some Candy land. There will always be crime and ****ed up things that happen. People need to become stronger.

That's self serving.
 
Sometimes there’s victims who were smart and didn’t make mistakes that led them to get whatever happened to them. But a lot of times if you read a lot of serial killer stories like I do you learn it’s people who ran away or were hitchhiking or went to someone’s house so that they could get pictures taken of them.
