Putin is not a communist nor is Russia. However, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF), replaced the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) and is the 2nd largest political party in Russia. Many people in Russia still believe in communism.

I think this proves that I'm not a Communist because I just figured Putin was a Communist. I don't know much about Communists truth be told.

The numbers and experts. When ICUs and hospital beds are not at 100%+ and back to a respectable and sustainable level.

Here in Spain that level seems to have been set to around max 25% of ICU beds being Covid patients before the alarms start to ring and when it hits 40% the breaks and local lockdowns are put in place. During the second wave the worst it has gotten is one region with 56% ICU Covid patients.

Point is that when infection rates are downward trending and ICU/hospitalizations are at a mangable level..then we can talk about the pandemic ending..oh and a vaccine too of course.

Masks won't be outlawed of course but they won't be mandated by the government. Putin is as anti-democracy as any Communist could ever be. He's just not big on the collective, other than as an underpinning to oligarchy and his dictatorship.

My gut response for a joke is to just say "talent" but I don't know if that would be right?
It feels like giving a participation trophy for using a keyboard and watching OAN.
