YOur link contradicts your claim. Not to mention that your link is from March 17 when NY was not even close to reach its peak as I showed. The fact that we had the transfer of patients in other facilities show that there was an issue with hosting patients. And the fact that we had tent hospitals not related to the federal government serving coronovirus patients has been shown in my previous posts. Same with the fact that the Army needed almost a month to raise a tent hospital while the Chinese used 10 days (and it was not a tent field hospital). Bu the way, there was relaxation of certificates during the coronavirus to have staff for at least the mild cases.
