Why is Bosnia not joining rest of Europe in sanctions against Russia
Well first of all because they still after all these years are not an EU member state, how long has they been a candidate again? And second of course because Republika Srpska continues to pull the brake, the government of Milorad Dodik basically behaves like an independent country and refuses to implement even the 2014 sanctions that Bosnia had agreed to. The Bosnian parliament even failed to pass a humanitarian aid bill for Ukraine, when both Bosnian Serbs and Croats boycotted the vote.
