To be honest, after Sanders lost, I'm just not that into making threads or defending liberalism (I'm a socialist, so it's not really like I'm a liberal, anyways, but I assume you mean defending Leftism in general). I certainly have no interest in creating threads to defend Hillary, usually because she's a rather indefensible character. She's contextually defensible, relative to Trump though. That being said, the number of Trump supporters are dropping every day --literally. I think that's making them feel the need to defend their Big Daddy even more.
They aren't bashing liberals? Or the bashers aren't making threads?
I would disagree with both anyhow.

I would disagree with both. At least if you were to look objectively at the posts over say the last 6 months to a year.
I will say.. the absolutely terrible behavior of the liberals on this board have likely pushed a lot of conservatives and moderates off this forum and the only ones starting thread are the ones willing to bait the liberals.
Actually, the number of anti-Trump threads posted in this Forum is at least 5 times or more to ones either anti-Hillary or pro-Trump.
Not necessarily, I'd say the number of threads complaining about how the media treats trump are 10x more than all of those combined, or at least that's my subjective perspective.
They haven't pushed me off...
But I find I am responding to fewer and fewer threads, especially in the Political arena.
Why do you ask such a question in the Government Spending and Debt forum?

That may well be true, but I think that you'll admit, Trump is a lot more crazy and outlandish, and embarrassing the country, so does he not deserve more negative attention?
NO.
What I admit is that the powers that control the mass media are decidedly anti-Trump for their own political agendas, and presenting anything and everything he says in the very worst light possible light. That this encourages the group mentality.
You remember how that worked back in grade school? The cool kids identified the lame, loser kids and those became the publicly accepted targets of condoned derision.
Yeah, I know what you're trying to say, but I disagree with the notion of a liberal agenda on behalf of the networks. Let's remember that conservatives have and are in increasing numbers abandoning Trump's Titanic. They certainly are not part of a,liberal agenda, and that's news. The convention was an unmitigated disaster for the Republicans and THAT was news.
What worked in US politics recently like old grade school tactics was the run-up for the Iraq war: everybody HAD to be a patriot. The news reported all that too.
I think you might want to revisit your thinking.

Well, seeing as this is a debate forum and all - my comment will be thus:Just curious.
Maybe, maybe not!Maybe because they aren't?
Wait, where did you see me say "liberal agenda?"
Rupert Murdoch is nobody's progressive liberal. Neither are the Koch brothers, or any of the RINO's who have steadily condemned him even as their Party base supported him in increasing numbers. They don't want him anywhere near succeeding because he is not under their control.
THIS makes it seem all the more reasonable to believe that those on the other side of the aisle are being "fair and honest" about Trump in their attacks.
I've admitted he is not my first choice for President, so I won't go down that road here. I'm still going to vote for him because I know the anti-Trump hype is propaganda, that Hillary IMO is much, much worse and should not be President; and because there is really no other viable alternative to either with any chance of winning because the system is rigged to favor the Dems and Reps.
The problem starts with your desire to be controlled, and to enslave others. Socialism is a horrible system.
