Sorry, but I'm having a hard time coming up with liberal names to add to the poll.

Penn Radio is hands down the best political and topical talk radio there is. Best guests, best topics, best guy.

Effective?

Who has more pull than Rush?

Who is the best from a common sence point of view? Non partisan stupid caller abuser? He beats on both parties

One of his sayings..."Taking a mental deficiancy and tuning it into a good living".

Lost

Find it and take "The World's Shortest Political Quiz".

Neil Boortz. We say the same things, just he's more ugly and I'm more funny.

Rush Limbaugh has the most listeners but the best and most fairest radio talk show host is Michael Medved......

I listen to Talk 910 KNEW with Michael Savage / Armstrong and Getty
I can't stand Stephanie Miller or Air America or NPR

i would say mark levin(i think thats how you spell his name)
he is a conservative from new york, and all of my friends in new york love him

Medved?

Coming from you, that makes sence. Don't get me wrong, dude stands by his political, moral, and religious beliefs, not a hypocrite, just that he, like you, my good friend NP, is wound up tight. (Between us, I hear some fags moved into your 20, and there are some gay BJ's going on as I type, you're slipping).

I know who Medved is, you know of Boortz?

Teach, what the **** was that all about?

Anyone who gets their information from talk radio, be it right-wing or Air America or other Liberal radio need to have a reality check.

All of these people are ENTERTAINERS....they are no more real journalistic sources than Jon Stewart (Daily show).....

Yes...some of their information is accurate...but the vast majority is far left/right wing spin.

On the left you have Randi Rhodes. (Granted...occassionally if I am in my car and flipping channels and I run across her show I will listen for a minute or two....not because I find her informative but because she is so far left that it can be kind of funny....but I take it with a grain of salt).

On the other hand...you have Rush Limp paw who has no credibility at all. Even when he had a minutia of credibility he was so far to the right that people would listen to his program for humor....not for information.

Hannity is similar. His spin is so far to the right that it is off the political spectrum. I have watched him on TV....but again....for humor not for information.

About the only person on the radio the I have personally ever heard who is not either far left or far right is Ed Schultz. I don't know much about him other than he is ex-military, pro-gun, ex-Republican....sometimes if I am in my car during lunch I will catch 5-10 minutes of his program. I don't always agree with him....but at least he generally stays pretty even-keel and has reasoning for his stances.

Tom Leykis?

He's a political commentator now? Last time I listened to him he was he was telling guys the best way to get laid, and all that women cared about was the size of a man's wallet.

I remember he once claimed he was a Libertarian, but I never heard himi comment on anything other than his Tom Leykis 101 show.

Ya it was a joke. He's good at getting single guys laid, thats about it.

Heh, I thought I was out of the loop there for a moment.

He's nothing more than a psuedo Howard Stern, and that's not really saying much.

The hosts listed, except for the two I don't know of, are very polarizing people with shows that are based on degrading the other party and callers of that party. That's what they do for the majority of their shows. For the people of their party, those shows are listenable and funny. For people of the other party, they aren't tolerable - they're just noise.

The most effective would be someone who could appeal to both parties, and would have the skills to have a dialog with either. No one like that is aired where I live, so I don't know if such a host exists.

Everyone on that list is a punk-a.s.s little bitch! None of them have the balls Olberman has. Chris Mathews is pretty good too. But I'd say the best of the best is Howard Stern. He's the only one that came from behind the mic and could have won the election for Govenor in New Jersey.

I love Howard Stern. I don't always agree with him but I get a kick out of him. I use to like Chris Matthews but he gets ridiculous sometimes like when he asked during the last presdential race, "Would it be fair to call Laura Bush a stepford wife?" But noone is as annoying as Olberman's whacky liberal countdown! I can't stand him!

Yeah, Howard's great. I like Olberman because he's seems to be the only one who talks as though he's getting in Bush's face.

I like that!

I listened to Hillary tonight talk about the White House. She's pretty formidable. She's a natural at this stuff. It is more than obvious when you listen to her talk, she's the best of the bunch.

Olberman?

Most radio is about bashing the other guy, it is pathetic. The just help people stay split, but that is how it goes...

Billo, gonna be down this summer for a month or two before we head overseas! Should grab a beer at HB Brewery... maybe Mutt Lynches. I will keep you posted.

I can't stand Rush, he rambles on forever and ever and only cares what he thinks and feels. Hes a one man show and he is his favorite guest.

I agree with Savage on most issues except on that heavyweight boxer whats his name ??????, you know the one who bit the guys ear almost off, and raped his wife.. oh whats his name? Savage adores him.....

Savage is brilliant in my opinion but easily the most egotistical man I have ever listened to. I do however have all his books.

I love Rusty Humphrey, adore him, he without a doubt is hilariously funny. In fact I called in one day and got on his program. It was right after 9-11.

I like Hannity because he will be the first to admit when he has been wrong, and I think he truely tries to see both sides. Saw him during the last campaign speak at a theatre near where I live. Was terrible in my estimation as he paced back and forth like a robot. I literally felt seasick when I left.

I like Combs although I don't agree with him on anything. Hes just a nice guy and he treats guests with respect.

I like Nancy Grace, can't help it she is brilliant and I just like her.

Billo you have got to be kidding about Stern. Has cocktail hour started at your house? :rofl

He is a slime ball, pig, whore, a mere shell of a man, did I say low-life slug? .........I want to scrub with soap and water when I just think of him. He IMO is a disgusting person both inside and out. YUK.

Please tell me your kidding..............................

This is one of the most psychotic statements I have ever read!

Prove I'm wrong! Post one of these alleged admissions!

Howard Stern is the most honest and morally ethical person in media today. He was married to a women for over 20 years and did not cheat on her. When you consider what celebrity status can do for ones sex life, that was quite an accomplishment. He also lays it out there on the line about his personal life. No one even comes close. But you find fault with him because of a little locker room humor? Listen chickie, there are worse things in life. As an example, our current President.

I'm down with that!

Whether you agree with Kieth O. or not, you have to admit, he's the only one out there, right or wrong, getting in George's face!
