Who's more evil: ISIS or North Korea?

North Korea seeks to murder any of it's own people who don't worship at the feet of it's God-King.
ISIS seeks to murder any People whatsoever who don't worship at the feet of their God.
Gotta go with the latter.

I voted other, but was tempted to vote ISIS.
The problem mainly is that both ISIS and North Korea have a complete lack of interest in self determination and tolerance of others with respect to rights, and both are willing to kill (or at least subject others to harsh treatment, controls, and punishments) to get their way of totalitarian like control. That does not mean political motivation or religious motivation is equal, just that the impact to a society has many similarities.
ISIS is in some ways worse from "western" governmental and sociological points of view, but we cannot discount how North Korea demonstrates their own methods of handling challenge (internal or external.) Perhaps worse, neither one really wants to be left alone. There is always someone for both to threaten or attempt to engage in all the wrong ways for their own goals.
