I have often said that if you are voting for or against a person simply because there is an R or D next to their name, you are an idiot. I always vote people not party. And being rather libertarian (but not always agreeing with the LP) the following question really won't apply to me, as it will also not likely apply to others who aren't normally R or D.
I want to know if there is anyone in the opposite party from yours that you would support in a heartbeat despite being in the other party. For example, many Democrats in MD love Gov Hogan, even though he is a Republican.
So who would you vote for even if they are in the opposite party? FOr the purposes of this question, they need not be someone whom you actually could vote for. i.e They could be part of another state or county or whatever, but you would vote for them if you were there.
