How do they per pay their taxes? Can you give me an example. I have found over the years the wealthy take aggressive positions when it comes to tax law and end up paying later or not at all.

No that is not what he said. You are making estimated taxes for the current year, not prepaying for a future year. As a CPA I assure you I understand the difference. No one prepays their taxes. He may be due a refund based on prior taxes paid but that would be due to current losses. No reason he can't release his tax returns and we can all see what he reported, what he paid in income tax.

This is the third time I have answered this. Its for the current year. Its not prepaying. He is talking about prepaying for future years or prepaying in the past for current years which is complete bullshit. Why can't he release his returns and we can see for ourselves? If he really did prepay I will be the first to acknowledge.

You got it. Franklin Raines formerly the CEO of Fannie Mae was sued for several hundred million dollars for his fraud.

As a former mortgage firm owner, founder and lender, I know who set my rules for my company and all other mortgage firms.
Corporations used other rules but followed the same Fannie Mae rules I did. Even appraisers followed the Fannie Mae rules.

Fannie Mae was the main problem all along that ended up collapsing the home industry markets.

If you are truly a CPA, how can you plead ignorance of IRS tax laws? Business owners must set up bank accounts to prepay estimated income taxes. It is the law.

I did not claim it is for years not in the same tax year, I said we prepay future taxes during the current tax year.

And you as a CPA know the law on disclosing taxpayers forms. And you know the law will not force you to disclose yours either to the public.

Democrats constantly want us to cite specific laws. Cite the law that in discussions on forums one must not bring up race? Show the law on racism too.

I do not pretend to know everything. Nevertheless, I make a reasonable effort to inform myself. If I am ignorant, what don't I know that if I learned would cause me to agree with you?

I desire the dialogue on race that President Clinton called for. It needs to be a candid debate without the constraints of political correctness.

By the way, I voted for Bill Clinton in 1992 and 1996, Hillary Clinton in 2016, and I just mailed in my ballot to vote for Joe Biden.
