This unsolved murder, like the murders of Seth Rich and John Kennedy, is ripe for the formulation of conspiracy theories. Before getting into any various conspiracy theories let us first establish the indisputable facts of the case which are not debatable conspiracies:

1. Donald Young was the openly gay choir director of Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ.
2. He was gunned down in his apartment on December 23, 2007.
3. His mother thinks his assassination was connected to the emerging Obama campaign for president.
4. Norma Jean Young is the mother of the slain choir director, is a former employee of the Chicago PD, and is on record with her views about the murder.
5. The Chicago PD has not solved the murder.
6. Obama was a member of the church for years and was friends with Donald Young.
7. Another openly gay member of the same church, Larry Bland, was also murdered the month before, on November 17, 2007, under suspicious circumstances. The bodies of both Bland and Young were riddled with bullets.

Whatever happened can be the source of conspiracy theories, but the facts themselves are not conspiracy theories.

Very persuasive compelling testimony from Larry Sinclair. There is no doubt why desperate democrat thugs want this information branded as a conspiracy theory and dismissed without the slightest investigation undertaken to prove or disprove the claims. Democrats are notoriously eager to dismiss all allegations of crime and abuse raised against democrat party members.

Beau Biden filed false charges against Sinclair and had him arrested in DC on bogus warrants from Delaware when he began going public with his testimony. These crooks moved quickly and fiercely to silence his testimony before it damaged Obama and Biden on the democrat presidential ticket.

Christine Blaisey Ford's testimony never passed the smell test of believability, but Sinclair's testimony is extremely hard to disbelieve and his facts and details are unimpeachable.

You claim it is a conspiracy theory and yet you do not bother to explain how you know that for a fact. You cannot prove the facts are wrong and you demonstrate too eager a willingness to believe lies told you by people desperate to deceive others into thinking the truth is a lying conspiracy theory instead of the truth. That is the wrong approach to take.

I wish people would stop claiming "conspiracy theory" every time they hear something they absolutely do not want to hear or believe. They should prove the lie is wrong by posting refutations that expose the lie, it it is a lie, instead of hoping or expecting others to simply blindly take their opinionated word for it.

Biden is running for president. According to Larry Sinclair in public statements with verified facts and details Beau Biden had Sinclair arrested in DC on false charged and a bogus warrant issued in Delaware in order to stop him from damaging Obama and Biden inn the coming primaries. Sinclair makes a very compelling and believable case worth serious HONEST investigation, especially if Biden is now running again for national office. If Biden was and is crooked then he needs to be exposes, not protected or immunized from prying investigating eyes.

It is never too late to investigate these claims and positively prove or disprove them. Especially since the same alleged crooks who engineered Obama's election are now seeking to get Biden elected, and Biden and his son are alleged by Sinclair's testimony to have had him arrested and charged on false charges to shut him up in 2008.

No, the police don't have a clue who gunned down young in his apartment with multiple bullet wounds, and it does not look like they are any more interested in finding the killers than are his former friends Obama and Obama's and Young's pastor, Jeremiah Wright. And as far as I know nobody has said anything about the FBI getting involved.

But you cannot convince them that lying accusations and false narratives about secret Russian or republican dealings or intentions are nothing but CONSPIRACY THEORIES even if the dummies think false allegations based upon lying conspiracy theories are grounds for unjustly impeaching republicans.

Now this is a new spin on the old 'Clinton mob deaths' crapola. Seems everyone who died anywhere near the Clintons or Arkansas was murdered to protect Bill... often the accusations were found to be outright lies. The Linda Collins murder is a great example- it was claimed she was just about to testify against Bill and was murdered in her house. Fact is she was a one term house and then state senator and had little if any contact with Bill, she was out of office and there was no grand jury at that time... :doh

According to Lamar Alexander Schiff proved his case beyond any doubt. Trump did everything he claimed he did.

Larry Sinclair said he talked with Donald Young just days before he was murdered. Larry Sinclair said a lot of things and has even written a book which sold on Amazon and Barnes and Nobel. But how can those who want the truth to come out in spite of all the bad opinions and lies verify Sinclair's claims? We can check claims that can be verified against public records for one method. We can dig into court records in Delaware and see if Beau Biden did file charges against Young the day he spoke at the press club in DC and see if he was arrested and taken to Delaware to face bogus charges. We can research the legitimacy of the warrants, the evidence to support the charges and the timing of all this to see if it shows evidence of political motivation and not just judgment.

I believe the recorded interview is compelling and forceful. Very believable. It is wrong for anyone to dismiss the persuasive evidence without allowing so much as a cursory examination, like democrats try to get people to do by claiming crimes by democrats are conspiracy theories which should never be investigated for that reason.

Democrat definition of conspiracy theory: Any alleged crime committed by one or more democrats in which the people planning the crime were not caught. Because such crimes are conspiracy theories they should never be investigated.

Trump's alleged collusion with Russians is not a conspiracy theory and should be investigated nonstop until Trump finally leaves the WH, matter what exonerations may surface which clear him of any guilt along the way.

However, the assassination of Seth Rich is a conspiracy theory according to democrats because Rich was closely linked to the DNC and everyone 'knows' that any claim of possible corruption at the DNC must be labeled a conspiracy theory.

The conspiracy theory righties are not smart posters, that's the point. They turn off independent, centrist fact-seeking voters from Trump.
 

The idea that that both those murders were not investigated by police is what makes them both a classic CT. Automatically blaming it on Democrats with zero evidence is what right wing CT'ers do and you fall for it. Trump's words and behavior toward Putin along with the ironclad evidence of 100's of contacts between Russian operatives and the Trump campaign make Russian collusion a forgone conclusion. Then there is the Trump Tower Moscow negotiations that were going on for the entire campaign. But colluding with Russia is not a crime and the only thing that stopped Mueller from claiming a criminal conspiracy was the lack of a signed document between Trump and Putin. Our laws on conspiracy are quite strict.
