Who Is Paying For Trump To Use Air Force 1 As His Personal Campaign Taxi?

I believe the campaign has to pay for the fuel if it (the jet) is used for a purely political trip. I sure that all incumbents that are running for reelection have "non-political" reasons or more specifically, Governmental missions requiring the Presidents presence in areas/cities where they just happen to be making a stump speech! :D:geek:
