He was worth nearly that much himself when his father died leaving him that wealth. In addition, Trump actually worked for his father's company helping to increase his father's net worth long before he died.

Also in all seriousness, my dad, a salesman, who I lost in 1987 when he was just 47 wanted to be Donald Trump. Donald Trump was almost a God to him.

Trump is the guy who will lose to Hillary Clinton in November.

Wait and see.

Lots of people will be voting against him for the same reasons that others will be voting for him.

He has dug his own grave with the hate and fear that he's been spreading.

He was bashing the media and victim culture, a standard part of his rallies, because journalist are held in low regard but the elite will not admit it and victim culture has run amuck .....this is part of the straight talk express, it has nothing to do with Dons ego.

Because Trump is worth between $2.5 and $10 billion depending upon who is guessing, and in the real world either number earns him the label "successful businessman" in spite of what ever stake his dad gave him because he has hustled the whole time. Trump put his money in the pot and tried to grow it by taking risks over and over and over, and he has a net worth in the billions.

That is winning.

Unless he got there by criminal behaviour he is a successful businessman, case closed.
